DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has awarded two Stormwater Resiliency Implementation Grants to the City of Duluth for improvements to stormwater infrastructure and management. The grants total 9.2 million dollars and will be used for upgrades to the Lincoln Park and Brewery Creek watersheds that were impacted by localized flooding in recent years.
